Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

AiReply Technology ("we," "our," or "us") operates a subscription-based SaaS platform for medical practices. This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms.

2. Free Trial

All new users receive a free trial period with full platform access before any payment is required. We encourage you to evaluate the platform thoroughly during this period.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting admin@aireply.in.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted.

4. Refund Policy

Since we offer a free trial before any payment is required, all subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have evaluated the platform during the free trial and are satisfied with its features.

Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same billing period)
• Technical error resulting in an incorrect charge

To report such issues, contact admin@aireply.in within 7 days of the charge.

5. Credit Packs (Top-Up)

Top-up credit packs are non-refundable. Credits purchased via top-up packs never expire and remain available in your account regardless of subscription status.

6. Monthly Subscription Credits

Monthly credits included with your subscription plan reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless the plan is renewed within 48 hours of expiry.

7. Account Termination

If you choose to permanently delete your account:

• Any remaining credits (subscription or top-up) are forfeited.
• Your data is retained for medico-legal compliance purposes and deleted as per applicable Indian regulations.
• A free data export is provided upon request within 48 hours of termination.

8. Refund Processing

In the rare event a refund is approved (duplicate charge or technical error), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
